Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final on opened or installed hair extensions, wigs, and closures.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, provided the hair has not been altered, colored, or installed.

To initiate a return, contact us at binzbeaubrun@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no charge — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
